Anar Guliyev: Master plans of 9 Azerbaijani cities to be submitted to Cabinet of Ministers for approval

Work is underway in Azerbaijan on developing master plans for 16 cities, chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture, Anar Guliyev said, Report informs.

"Over the past six years, master plans for 26 cities have been developed and approved. Currently, the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture is working on master plans for 16 cities. For 9 of these cities, this process is in the final stage of coordination with relevant structures. After completion of this process, the projects will be sent to the Cabinet of Ministers for approval," said Guliyev.

He added that the master plan for the city of Ismayilli is also in its final stages of development.
