Zakir Ibrahimov: AzerGold to extract over 71,000 ounces of gold by year-end

AzerGold plans to extract just over 71,000 ounces of gold by the end of this year, Chairman of the Board Zakir Ibrahimov told journalists, according to Report.

He said mining operations are progressing ahead of schedule.

Ibrahimov added that silver is being mined as a byproduct, and its output will exceed forecasts, reaching more than 100,000 ounces.
