Three more countries start importing methanol from Azerbaijan 

In January-November 2021, Azerbaijan exported 314,132 tons of methanol worth $76.117 million, respectively, down 27.25% and up 65.27% from the previous year, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.

In the reporting period, Azerbaijan exported 138,888.6 tons ($33.565 million) to Turkey, 52,763.4 tons ($12.508 million) to the Netherlands, 30,207.65 tons ($7.732 million) to Romania, 30,978.35 tons ($7.595 million) to Israel, 18,248.6 tons ($3.892 million) to Italy, 18,469 tons ($3.694 million) to Slovenia, 10,310.5 tons ($3.299 million) to Spain, 8,111.85 tons ($2.109 million) to Britain, and 6,154.05 tons ($1.723 million) to India.

After a three-year break, Azerbaijan resumed exports to Slovenia. For the first time, Britain and India imported methanol from Azerbaijan.

In the eleven months of 2021, Azerbaijan imported 1.71 tons worth $10,720 from USA, Germany, France, Norway and Turkey.
