Azerbaijan to cut propylene production

Azerbaijan plans to produce 116,400 tons of propylene in Azerbaijan in 2022, Report informs, citing the draft law "On the state budget for 2022".

Under the document, it is forecasted to manufacture 104,700 tons of propylene in 2023. This is 11,700 tons or 10.05% less than in 2022.

In 2024, production of 91,800 tons of polypropylene is projected, which is 12,900 tons or 12.3% less than the forecast for 2023.

In 2025, production of 92,000 tons of propylene is projected, which is 0.2 thousand tons or 0.22% more than in 2024.
