Unveiled the number of wrestlers and medals at European Championship

Baku. 6 April. REPORT.AZ/ The combined teams of Ukraine and Great Britain refused to participate in the European wrestling championship that will start in Kaspiysk City of Russia, April 30.

Report informs, such a step has been taken out of political motivation. As a result, the number of participants decreased to 32. The participating countries including Azerbaijan will struggle for 224 medals.

Medals of competition are also ready. On the medals of square shape, the symbol of the European championship is reflected. The diameter of the prize is 7 cm, while thickness is 7 mm.

Notably, the European championship will end on May 6.
