Ramil Guliyev sets record, wins Islamiada

Turkish athlete of Azerbaijani origin Ramil Guliyev became the winner of the 5th Islamic Solidarity Games in Konya.
According to a Report employee who was sent to Konya, the 32-year-old athlete excelled in the 4x100 meters relay.
Guliyev's team ran this distance in 38.74 seconds, breaking the record of the Islamiada.
After the victory, an experienced athlete was holding the flags of Turkiye and Azerbaijan.
Ramil Guliyev also won a silver medal in the 200 meters with a score of 20.24 seconds. His wife Ekaterina Guliyeva won gold in the 800m, silver in the 1,500m and the 4x400m relay.
