Azerbaijani wrestler wins silver medal

Baku. 12 August. REPORT.AZ/ Junior World Championship in wrestling started in Salvador, Brazil. Report informs, Azerbaijani team is taking part in three types of wrestling in the championship.
Greco-Roman wrestlers will compete in the first two days of the championship. Under the guidance of senior coach Shaban Donat and coache Zohrab Abbasov, Azerbaijan will be represented by Nofal Babayev (50 kg), Murad Mammadov (55 kg), Kerim Jafarov (60 kg), Ruhin Mikayilov (66 kg), Shamistan Guluzade (74 kg), Islam Abbasov (84 kg), Soslan Fanziyev (96 kg) and Javid Feyziyev (120 kg).
On the first day of the tournament, the wrestlers competed in 50, 60, 74 and 96 kg categories. The wrestlers finished the day with one silver medal.
