Azerbaijan signs MoU with Congo on sports cooperation

Azerbaijan and the Democratic Republic of the Congo have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in sports, Report informs, citing the press service of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Youth and Sports.

Azerbaijani Minister Farid Gayibov received the Minister of Sports and Culture of the Democratic Republic of the Congo Didier Budimbu Ntubuanga and his delegation.

During their meeting, the ministers discussed various aspects of sports cooperation between the two countries. Minister Ntubuanga also toured several sports facilities in Baku and expressed his admiration for the city’s modern sports infrastructure.

Finally, Farid Gayibov and Didier Budimbu Ntubuanga signed the MoU, formalizing the cooperation in sports between Azerbaijan and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
