Gusar. 11 November. REPORT.AZ/ A traffic jam occurred on Azerbaijani-Russian border, at Samur customs checkpoint in Gusar district.

Javid Nadirov, Deputy Chief of the Samur customs checkpoint of Khachmaz Customs Office told Northern bureau of Report News Agency.

He said that ban for trucks to enter the Russian Federation caused traffic jam in Azerbaijani area: "Traffic jam is mainly due to seasonality. 150 trucks were sent to Russia yesterday. Currently, number of the trucks at the Samur customs checkpoint reach 200."

J.Nadirov added that regular talks are hold with Russian customs officials regarding the case: "About in an hour, Azerbaijani and Russian customs officials will hold a meeting. Talks were held in this regard. The problem will be eliminated."
