Tax debt of 1.5 mln AZN paid by Ibrahim Nehramli for 'Khazar Islands' project

Baku. 12 October. REPORT.AZ/ Litigation process between "Avesta" Concern and Baku Tax Department continues.

Report informs Supreme Court returned the case to the Baku Court of Appeal.

"Avesta Concern" LLC has sued Taxation Department of the Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan. The company filed a lawsuit to cancel the tax debt. Baku Administrative Economic Court No. 2 rejected the claim.

Baku Court of Appeal partially annulled the act, which was adopted by Baku Administrative Economic Court No 2.
