MES: Fires in Zagatala, Gabala and Oghuz continue

Three helicopters were involved in extinguishing fires in Zagatala, Report informs, citing the Press Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES).

Measures to fight the fires that occurred in the direction of Yukhary Tala village of the district, Tikanli village of Gabala, and Bashdasaghyl village of Oghuz are being continued. In total, the State Fire Protection Service of the MES, Civil Defense troops, relevant forces of the North-West Regional Center and three helicopters of the Aviation detachment, as well as employees of the Forestry Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and local residents participate in the fire extinguishing operation.

All mentioned fires occurred in mountainous and forest areas with complex relief.
