Masked men attack fuel station in Azerbaijan's Lankaran

Masked men have attacked a gas station in Lankaran region.
According to Report's Southern bureau, the incident took place this morning in the village of Girdani.
There were reportedly three attackers.
One of them broke into the control room with a hand-made cutting tool and tried to steal money. Another employee of the gas station helped his friend to prevent the theft. As a result, a fight broke out between the parties. A resident of the Girdani village, Amid Shakir oglu Karimov, born in 1983, received stab wounds to his head, hands and abdomen and was rushed to Lankaran City Central Hospital and underwent surgery.
The assailants fled the scene. Measures are being taken to identify them.
An investigation is underway.
