Azerbaijani citizen in Ukraine burns Armenian neighbor's house after the latter insulted him

Kiev. 5 December. REPORT.AZ/ Azerbaijani citizen, Sumgayir city resident Rzayev Kanan Afgan, born in 1977, attacked an Armenian neighbor and burned his house in Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv, Ukraine after being insulted by the latter. 

Kiev Bureau of Report News Agency informs that Rzayev who has already been detained by the police could not stand the insults on national background while arguing with his Armenian neighbor.

Attacking the neighbor, he set fire on his two-room house. As a result of the incident, the house burned down completely. No casualties were reported.
