Azerbaijani deputy PM rules out possibility of extraordinary parliamentary elections

The ruling New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) has commented on the allegations of extraordinary parliamentary elections in the country.

According to Report, Deputy Prime Minister, Deputy Chairman and Executive Secretary of the New Azerbaijan Party Ali Ahmadov told journalists that the next parliamentary elections will be held next year.

He noted that the time of the parliamentary elections was determined in the Constitution of Azerbaijan and the next election will be in 2020.

Ahmadov also reminded that the next municipal elections in Azerbaijan will be held this year.
