Some 35% of the population's interactions with government institutions in Azerbaijan have been digitalized, Minister of Digital Development and Transport, Rashad Nabiyev, said at the INMerge Innovation Summit organized by PASHA Holding in Baku, Report informs.
Nabiyev noted that efforts toward digital transformation continue: "We have fully digitalized four main areas that play a role in the relations between government institutions and the population. This covers 35% of the population's interactions with the government. In other words, life events where citizens had to go to government institutions have now been transferred to a digital environment. This is also very important in terms of saving time."
