Chrome's tablet market share drops by 15% in Azerbaijan

In July 2023, the market share of Google Chrome browser across all platforms (computers, mobile devices, and tablets) in Azerbaijan stood at 79.91%, according to Report, which refers to Statcounter. This marks a 3.85 percentage point decrease compared to June, and a 2.45 percentage point increase year-over-year.

Safari, holding the second position, captured an 8.95% market share, experiencing a 2.18 percentage point increase from the previous month but a 2.29 percentage point decrease from the same period last year.

Samsung Internet, the third-ranked browser, saw its market share drop to 4.85%, a 1.25 percentage point decline month-over-month and a 0.52 percentage point decrease year-over-year. Opera, in fourth place, held a 2.54% market share, down by 0.61 percentage points compared to June and 0.05 percentage points lower than the previous year.

Rounding out the top five, Microsoft Edge's market share reached 1.44%, marking a 0.38 percentage point monthly decrease and a 0.53 percentage point drop from a year ago.
