CBA: Azerbaijan sees surge in cyber attacks

Since the beginning of anti-terrorist measures on the territory of Azerbaijan, the number of cyber-attacks has increased in the country, the head of the information and cybersecurity department of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, Elvin Shahverdiyev, said during a speech at the event “International Cyber Security Days ICSD 2023”, Report informs.
Shahverdiyev said attack activity has increased over the past two days: “There have been a lot of attacks reported, especially related to DDoS, phishing.”
