Azerbaijan participating in Bucharest Digital Innovation Summit

The delegation of the State Service of Special Communication and Information Security is participating in the Bucharest Digital Innovation Summit held in Romania, Report informs.

Report informs, with reference to the Service, that the delegation is led by the head of the Service, Lieutenant General Ilgar Musayev.

During his speech at the International Conference on Cyber Diplomacy (CCD) organized within the framework of the summit, Musayev talked about the activities of the organization he heads and emphasized the need for diplomatic efforts to prevent cyber conflicts and ensure responsible state behavior in cyberspace. He also noted that, in the second half of 2024, an international conference dedicated to the topic of Cyber Diplomacy will be held in Azerbaijan for the first time in the region according to the Memorandum of Understanding signed with the National Institute for Research & Development in Informatics of Romania.
