Azerbaijan achieves progress in speed of mobile Internet

In November of this year, Azerbaijan advanced one step among other countries in mobile internet speed and ranked 58th with a speed of 34.6 MB/s, Report informs, citing Speedtest Global Index.

According to the information, last month, Azerbaijan ranked 118th in the world according to the average speed of fixed broadband Internet, which is one step down compared to October. In November, the average speed of fixed broadband Internet in the country was 26.95 MB/S.

A study was conducted in 180 countries regarding the speed of fixed broadband Internet. Chile ranked first with 216.46 MB/S, while Cuba (1.91 MB/S) was the last country on the list.

In the list of mobile Internet, Qatar ranked first with a speed of 176.18 MB/S, and Cuba ranked 142nd with a speed of 5.27 MB/S.
