The number of cases of coronavirus infection and deaths from the COVID-19 in the world is increasing for the first time in the past two months, Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO) Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said at a briefing in Geneva on Thursday, Report informs, citing TASS.
According to him, the current growth in Europe is greater than the decline in other regions: "This is another reminder that the COVID-19 pandemic is far from over."
