Robotic surgery center to open at Yeni Klinika in Azerbaijan

A robotic surgery center will be established at Yeni Klinika (New Clinic) in Azerbaijan by the end of this year, Vugar Gurbanov, executive director of the Azerbaijani Management Union of Medical Territorial Units (TABIB), said, answering journalists' questions at a briefing, Report informs.
He stated that once the center is launched, citizens will no longer have to travel abroad for such surgeries.
"Work on establishing the center is already underway. The process is planned to be completed by the end of the year," Gurbanov noted.
