Azerbaijan reveals number of people vaccinated against COVID-19

Some 2,747 people received their anti-coronavirus shots in Azerbaijan today, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.

The number of those who got their first jab reached 279 people today, while 206 people got their second dose of the vaccine. As many as 2,026 people got immunized with three or more doses of a COVID vaccine. The number of booster doses after recovery was 236.

To date, 13,718,660 coronavirus vaccine jabs have been administered to the population in Azerbaijan. Of these, 5,347,151 citizens have received their first shot only, while 4,848,462 have been double jabbed.

As of today, 3,277,606 people have received a booster dose of coronavirus vaccines in Azerbaijan.

As many as 245,441 people have got the booster dose after recovering from COVID-19.
