Azerbaijan confirms 48 new COVID-19 cases, 1 death

Azerbaijan has recorded 48 new coronavirus cases over the past day, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.

Meanwhile, 45 people recovered from the infection, and one patient died.

Overall, the country has reported 824,385 cases of infection, 814,148 recoveries, and 9,981 since the onset of the pandemic. At present, 256 people are receiving treatment.

Azerbaijan has conducted 7,377,282 COVID-19 tests over the past period, including 1,840 today.
