Azerbaijan confirms 108 new COVID-19 cases

Azerbaijan recorded 108 new coronavirus cases and one death over the past day, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.

Meanwhile, 96 people recovered from the infection.

Overall, the country has reported 830,531 cases of infection, 819,851 recoveries, and 10,199 deaths. At present, 481 people are receiving treatment.

Over the past day, 1,548 tests were performed to identify new infections, and a total of 7,572,070 tests have been performed since the start of the pandemic.

At the same time, 147 people received their anti-coronavirus shots in Azerbaijan today. Thus, the total number of vaccinated people reached 13,957,780.
