Turkish MP: 'I support Azerbaijan in fight for justice'

I support Azerbaijan in the issue of the return of Western Azerbaijanis to their homeland, Turkish MP Shamil Ayrim said at the international event titled "Ensuring the safe and dignified return of displaced Azerbaijanis from Armenia: Global context and a just solution," Report informs.

“Ilham Aliyev, the President of Azerbaijan, who shines in this geography, pointed out to his people that Western Azerbaijanis should return to their homelands, and you must work for this. I am also a supporter of Azerbaijan in this just fight," Ayrim added.

The Turkish MP emphasized that Azerbaijan is not the Azerbaijan of 30 years ago but a strong country with its army, politicians, and people: “Azerbaijani Turks suffered a lot in these lands, their graves and cultural centers were destroyed. Today, we are thankful that Azerbaijan has restored its lands.”
