Pakistani Ambassador named areas of cooperation activities with Azerbaijan

Expansion of economic cooperation between Pakistan and Azerbaijan will become a priority of my activity in Baku.
Report informs, Bilal Haye, new Ambassador of Pakistan to Azerbaijan, said.

"Before coming to Baku, I was instructed to continue developing economic ties with Azerbaijan. Traditionally, we have very close cooperation in the political sphere, and we also need to deepen economic relations and make them more synergistic. We have a lot of opportunities for this, "the diplomat said.

According to him, the contribution of entrepreneurs is essential in this regard.
"The priority of my work after the pandemic will be the opening of direct flights between our capitals. Pharmaceuticals significantly developed in Pakistan. And given the COVID-19 pandemic, we could move in that direction.

Of course, tourism can also be a booming industry in this regard. Azerbaijan is a beautiful country, and Baku is a very modern city, and many Pakistanis will want to visit it. In turn, Pakistan's diverse nature can also attract citizens of Azerbaijan, "the ambassador said.
