“We are interested in further improving relations between Sweden and Azerbaijan,” a former member of the Swedish Riksdag (2014-2018), expert Pavel Gamov, told Report.
He noted that Sweden and Europe have a lot to learn from Azerbaijan, the Caucasus, and other Central Asian countries.
“We need to work together to further improve diplomatic relations. Sweden and Azerbaijan can become even closer thanks to increased trade, tourism, business trips, and cooperation between civil society organizations. Swedish companies have a great opportunity to establish themselves in the region. Moreover, the countries have historical ties, especially thanks to the Nobel brothers,” Gamov added.
