Sebastian Kurz: Impossible to resolve all conflicts by military means

Baku. 8 December. REPORT.AZ/ Year 2016 is characterized by special challenges in the OSCE area, including the resumption of tensions in the Karabakh conflict zone.

Report informs, next Chairman of the OSCE, Austrian Foreign Minister Sebastian Kurz said at the 23rd session of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Hamburg.

According to him, it is impossible to resolve all conflicts by military means, the OSCE also plays an important role in their solving.

He also noted the risks in connection with the conflict in Syria and Iraq. According to him, militants fighting there then return to Europe, which creates challenges for the OSCE security.

S. Kurz called to build trust between the OSCE members.
