Baku. 19 January. REPORT.AZ/ President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received a delegation led by Japanese deputy Foreign Minister Minoru Kiuchi.
Report informs, the head of state expressed satisfaction with the development of the bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Japan. Saying that the two countries enjoyed high-level political ties, President Ilham Aliyev noted that this paved the way for the expansion of cooperation in other areas. The head of state underlined the importance of the projects implemented in Azerbaijan with the participation of Japanese companies, and said that there were good opportunities for cooperation in the fields of agriculture, establishment of technoparks and petrochemical complexes, high technologies and information technologies.
Japanese deputy Foreign Minister Minoru Kiuchi said Japan was interested in broadening cooperation with Azerbaijan in various areas, including agriculture, establishment of technoparks and petrochemical complexes, high technologies and information technologies.
