President Ilham Aliyev delivers speech at Ambrosetti Forum - UPDATED

The 48th edition of the international Cernobbio Forum under the motto “Intelligence on the World, Europe and Italy” and “Today's and tomorrow's scenario for competitive strategies” organized by the European House - Ambrosetti think tank has kicked off in Cernobbio, Italy, Report informs.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended the Forum as a chief guest at the international forum at the invitation of the Italian President Sergio Mattarella, President of the Council of Ministers of Italy Mario Draghi, and the European House - Ambrosetti think tank.

The head of state made a speech on “The role of Azerbaijan for Energy Security” at the plenary session of the forum.

The European House - Ambrosetti is a professional group operating since 1965. It has grown significantly over the years, also thanks to the contribution of several Partners, who have been developing numerous activities in Italy, Europe, and the rest of the world. It is the 1st Private Think Tank in Italy, 4th in the European Union, and one of the most respected and independent institutions in over 100 countries worldwide, according to a study from the University of Pennsylvania. For 47 years, The European House - Ambrosetti has been organizing the event Intelligence on the World, Europe, and Italy, an international forum for debate on major current issues, commonly known as the Forum of Cernobbio, because of the location that traditionally hosts it. It also offers a Forum on Economics and Finance and International Summits that stimulate dialogue among companies, governments, and institutions in Italy and worldwide.

The Forum has brought together heads of state, ministers, Nobel laureates, and businesspeople to discuss current challenges to the world's economies and societies.
