Nikol Pashinyan: Three main principles of peace and settlement agreed with Azerbaijan 

"The signing of the peace agreement can become a reality," the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, told a parliament on October 30, Report informs.

He said that three main principles of peace and settlement were agreed with Azerbaijan: "If these principles are followed, the signing of the peace agreement will become a reality."
