Minister: Direct bilateral negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan are yielding positive results

The OSCE Chairman, Minister of Foreign, European Affairs and Trade of Malta was provided with the latest information on the resolution of the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at a joint press conference with Ian Borg, Report informs.

Bayramov emphasized that in this context, direct negotiations between the two countries bring positive results.

"This is proven by the steps towards peace-building taken over the past six months. The beginning of the border delimitation and demarcation process between the two countries and the return of four villages occupied since the 1990s to Azerbaijan can be seen as a positive development," the minister said.
