Zakharova says no negotiations held between foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia in Sochi

There were no negotiations between the representatives of the foreign ministries of Azerbaijan, Russia, and Armenia in Sochi, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova said.
According to Report, she said 'this was a sort of a meeting or a face-to-face contact of the three ministers.'
