Jeyhun Bayramov holds phone conversation with Georgian FM over landslide in Shovi resort

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov held a telephone conversation with Georgian Foreign Minister Ilya Darchiashvili over the floods and landslides that occurred near the Shovi resort in the Racha mountainous region, Report informs.

The minister expressed deep condolences to the families and relatives of those who died during this serious disaster, to the friendly government and people of Georgia, and wished for the recovery of the injured. The minister expressed hope that the missing persons will be found soon.

Bayramov emphasized that Azerbaijan is always with Georgia and is ready to provide necessary assistance for rescue measures and elimination of the consequences of the natural disaster.

Minister Ilya Darchiashvili expressed his gratitude for the solidarity and support.
