Bilateral and direct peace talks supported by Azerbaijan proved to be the most effective and successful line, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, said in his speech at the 3rd Arab Cooperation and Economic Forum with Central Asian countries and the Republic of Azerbaijan.Report informs.

The minister also gave detailed information about the current situation in the region during the post-conflict period, the large-scale reconstruction and restoration work carried out in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan, the landmine threat hindering this activity, as well as the normalization process between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

It was stated that the bilateral and direct peace talks supported by Azerbaijan, which are aimed at ensuring sustainable peace and stability in the South Caucasus, proved to be the most effective and successful line in terms of achieving mutually acceptable results.
