Istanbul hosts photo exhibition "Shusha - Cultural Capital of Turkic World"

On June 14, a photo exhibition on the topic “Shusha - the cultural capital of the Turkic world” was opened at Istanbul Halic University, Report informs.

The event was organized with the support of the Azerbaijan Youth Foundation and the Azerbaijani Students and Alumni Platform (ASAP).

The event began with the performance of the national anthems of Azerbaijan and Turkiye, and a minute of silence was observed in memory of the martyrs of both fraternal countries.

The speakers highly appreciated the solidarity of the Azerbaijani and Turkish youth, as well as the holding of such an event on the eve of the first anniversary of the adoption of the Shusha Declaration.

The exhibition presents photographs depicting the views of the city of Shusha during the occupation and after it.
