Ilham Aliyev: "Our people will never forget fraternal Turkey’s support"

"The unequivocal political and moral support of you personally, of the brotherly Turkish state and the people has played a great role in the struggle of Azerbaijan for the liberation of our lands. Our people will never forget this support, which has once again demonstrated the Azerbaijani-Turkish solidarity to the world," President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said in his letter sent to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, as quoted by Report.

"I am confident that in keeping with 'one nation - two states' slogan, we will continue our joint efforts to further strengthen and develop our unity, effective and active cooperation in all areas," the letter states.
