Hikmat Hajiyev: OSCE Minsk Group didn’t call Armenia aggressor

Azerbaijan had a lot of faith in international institutions, and thought that these institutions would bring peace to the country, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Relations Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev said during the panel discussions "Rethinking the Global Security Architecture & the Prospects for Peace" at the IX Global Baku Forum, Report informs.
He noted that the expectations of the Azerbaijani society in these matters didn’t come true, either.
The OSCE Minsk Group didn’t call Armenia an aggressor, he said, adding that the UN Security Council, fully recognizing Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity, adopted four resolutions regarding the territories occupied by Armenia.
