Identifying the fate of missing persons is an indispensable part of post war reconciliation. But Armenia keeps hiding/denying these facts, Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, wrote on X, Report informs.
“So far, Armenia refuses to provide the geolocation of mass graves where 4,000 tortured, inhumanly treated, and killed Azerbaijanis at the Armenian concentration camps during the 1st Karabakh War were buried. The longing daughters of Huseynov Gulverdi, who is one of 15 identified persons, were so glad to finally have the graveyard of their father after 30 years,” the presidential aide said.
Note that the fates of 15 missing persons have already been identified.
