Ex-president of Croatia: Ready to share mine clearance experience with Azerbaijan

Croatia has also suffered from the mine problem and is ready to share its mine clearance experience with Azerbaijan, ex-President of Croatia Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic said via video message during an event titled "Reconstruction, reconciliation and integration: Energy, economy, environment and capital," Report informs.

According to her, one of the key aspects of Croatia's success in solving this problem was the use of the assistance of the international community, as well as the coordination of authorities.

Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic also stressed that the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, plays a decisive role in this regard and takes the right steps to clear mines and restore the liberated territories of the country.
