Energy security dialogue between NATO and Azerbaijan on new Deputy Permanent Representatives Committee format kicked off, Head of Azerbaijan's Delegation to NATO Jafar Huseynzada wrote on Twitter, Report informs.
"Within this dialogue, Deputy Minister of Energy of Azerbaijan, Elnur Soltanov is visiting NATO HQ. Mr. Soltanov will hold meetings with Allies in DPRC format as well as Javier Colomina, NATO Secretary General’s Special Representative for Caucasus and Central Asia and Michael Ruhle, Head of Energy Security Section of NATO," he tweeted.
