Embassy of Germany in Azerbaijan lowered national flag

Baku. 7 March. REPORT.AZ/ The national flag is lowered at the German embassy in Azerbaijan in connection with the death of former German Foreign Minister Klaus Kinkel.

Report informs that on March 7 and 11 that a book of condolences will also be opened at the German embassy.

Former German Foreign Minister, former chairman of the Free Democratic Party (FDP), Klaus Kinkel passed away on March 5 at the age of 82. Kinkel served as German Foreign Minister from 1992 to 1998. Prior to that, he was the Minister of Justice. After retirement he was engaged in advocacy.
