The perpetrators of the armed attack on the Azerbaijani embassy in Tehran must be held accountable, and such a fact must be strongly condemned, Chairman of Joint Committee on Foreign Affairs and Defense of Irish Parliament Charlie Flanagan wrote on his Twitter page, Report informs.
“Gun attack on Embassy of Azerbaijan in Tehran must be robustly condemned. Condolences to family of security guard. Those responsible must be brought to justice. Host countries have clear obligations under Vienna Convention for protection & safety of diplomatic missions,” he tweeted.
