Cahit Bagci: Karabakh is Azerbaijan's soul

Every part of Karabakh is beautiful, important, and valuable, Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Cahit Bagci said speaking to journalists in the Talish village of Tartar, liberated from occupation.

Report informs that the ambassador said Karabakh is Azerbaijan's soul.

"In the nearest future, Karabakh will be famous for its smart cities and villages and products. Inshallah, the world's highest quality silk will also be produced here," the diplomat said.
