British ambassador congratulates Azerbaijani people on Independence Day

The British Ambassador to Baku, Fergus Auld, congratulated the people of Azerbaijan on May 28 - Independence Day, Report informs.
“On May 28, 1918, Azerbaijan gained independence and established the first democratic republic in the East. I am very happy to celebrate this significant day together with the people of Azerbaijan. May your independence be eternal! The flag, once raised, will never come down again,” the ambassador wrote on X.
