Baku hosts 8th meeting of Azerbaijan-Turkey joint intergovernmental commission

The 8th meeting of Azerbaijan-Turkey joint intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation is being held in Baku.

Report informs that the meeting is chaired by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Co-Chair of the Commission from the Azerbaijani side Novruz Mammadov and Vice-President of the Republic of Turkey Fuat Oktay.

Firstly, Mammadov and Oktay had a one-on-one meeting.

Then the meeting continued in a large format with the participation of delegations.

The meeting is attended by representatives of ministries, agencies and other organizations that are members of the Commission.

The sides will discuss the current state of trade and economic relations between the two countries and the issues of expanding economic cooperation.
