Amil Salimov, chairman of the Azeri Youth Center in Riga, told Report that representatives of the Azerbaijani diaspora in Latvia will also participate in the rally.

"The rally was organized to once again remind the European community and international organizations about the Khojaly massacre and demand justice in assessing this massacre and for its victims,” Salimov said.
