Azerbaijani President to visit Uzbekistan

Analytical centres of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan held an online conference entitled "Prospects for bilateral cooperation in the context of global instability."

The event was jointly organized by the Center of Analysis of International Relations (AIR Center) ) and the Institute for Strategic and Interregional Studies under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Report informs.

The conference stressed the need for this format as a platform for dialogue to exchange views, which contributes to the development of relations between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan.

It was noted that the first meeting in this format was held in December last year on the anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. This time, the leading experts of the analytical centres of the two countries met on the eve of the visit of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to Uzbekistan. This visit will open new opportunities for expanding cooperation.
