Azerbaijani Foreign Minister invited to Antalya Diplomatic Forum

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov received Turkish ambassador to Azerbaijan Cahit Bagci. The Turkish diplomat presented a letter of invitation to Minister Jeyhun Bayramov to the Antalya Diplomatic Forum scheduled for March next year. Thanking for the invitation, the minister said that the first forum was a very successful platform and said he would gladly participate in the upcoming event, the ministry told Report.

The sides exchanged views on the agenda of mutually beneficial cooperation and allied relations between the two countries.

They noted that 2021 was a very rich diplomacy year for both countries in terms of the development of bilateral relations and at the regional and global levels, stressing that efforts will be made to further develop these relations in the coming year.

The sides discussed issues of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkey within international organizations, as well as projects initiated and jointly implemented by both countries, as well as the mechanism of regional consultations, trilateral and quadrilateral cooperation platforms, which recently held its first meeting in the 3+3 format.
