Armenia refuses to fulfil its obligations and prevents the peace-making process, the Foreign Affairs Minister, Jeyhun Bayramov, said at a joint press conference with the Algerian Foreign Minister, Ramtane Lamamra, Report informs.
Bayramov informed his colleague about Armenia's aggression against Azerbaijan for 30 years, the post-conflict situation in the region after the 44-day Patriotic War in 2020, issues related to the implementation of tripartite declarations, reconstruction of the liberated territories, and large-scale work done by Azerbaijan in connection with peace-building brought.
